After all of those delicious cakes and desserts, we should probably start working out, and I have the perfect solution! CW Fitness by Chad Waelchli.
Chad is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist and a Certified SPARQ trainer (Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Quickness). He earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Exercise Science from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. So what can he do for you? Virtually anything! If you are looking to get into shape, step up your workout and fitness routine, or want to train for the Olympics, he can help! All you need to bring is your drive to be better.
Chad has been an athlete since childhood and decided to help others by continuing what he loves to do. He established his business in 2009 and has been going strong ever since. He can train an individual or an entire team. He will develop a training program for any client or athlete for their specific need(s), age, and ability, which also includes nutrition plans.
For many years, Chad has trained student athletes to enhance their performance during games. Having had professional training as a catcher with teams such as the Florida Marlins and Tampa Bay Devil Rays, he is an asset in one's athletic journey. Who wouldn't want to be trained by someone who was scouted by the Colorado Rockies and asked to be a free agent with the Philadelphia Phillies? Among these accomplishments, Chad also competes in MMA and has been a model for Majestic, Runners World Magazine, and Men's Health Magazine. Don't worry, he isn't intimidating or stuck up, he has kept himself humble and truly enjoys what he does - always a pleasure to work with. As long as you work hard, he will put just as much or more into it.
All of that being said, you are probably thinking, "Where do I sign up?!" You can contact Chad below. (Rates vary) He will also be training for a youth baseball camp this summer, sign up here.
